Samantha and Christopher Culihan helped me sell my home. They are a team acting and performing in a professional manner. I found Samanatha and Christopher to be very thorough, clear, and double checking each criteria in the real estate process. They worked very hard to prepare a nice write up, get a first class photographer, and get my home listed. We had one open house on a Saturday and had two written offers in hand on Monday. The help and assistance continued through the offer process and the ensuing weeks leading up to buyer bank approval. We closed without issue. My family is very happy with the real estate services offered and delivered by Samantha and Christopher Culihan. Thank you.

Very professional. GDetailed oriented.

After five months on the market with another broker and no legitimate offers, Chris and Samantha Culihan picked up the listing and went live with it in early November. We immediately had a number of showings, two excellent offers, and closed in early December. They impressed us with their professionalism, attention, effort, and, of course, the result. We would give Chris and Samantha our highest recommendation to anyone considering hiring a real estate broker.

I think Samantha and Chris are a great team. Samantha did an excellent job staging the house for photos. Based on her work I believe our house had over 40 showings and hundreds of views. She was also very helpful in understanding our needs when looking for another home. I would also like to mention Chris, who we had the pleasure of working with for the second time. As a seller he protected our interests with a balanced mind and helped us navigate a multiple offer which involved thorough consideration. I plan to write more about this team in a follow up email.

The Culihans were absolutely professional, detail-oriented, and delightful to work with. No matter the day or hour, they were available by phone or email; everything was done with diligence and accuracy! I don't live in New York anymore and was selling the property remotely, and the Culihans made the entire process as painless and efficient as possible. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

Samantha and Chris were always available for a call or text with any questions we had and they provided valuable input and suggestions both for selling our old home and purchasing our new home. Such a great team to work with!

The sale of the house was very easy and smooth. I started talking about listing almost a year before actually putting the house on the market and got advice about what efforts I was making that would be worthwhile and what to leave for the next owner. I was very happy to get 3 offers on the first day - 2 from potential home owners and one from an investor. My goal was to sell to a home owner and I was able to achieve that while getting the price I wanted.
